The room had a lack of soundproofing. Doors echoed throughout the hall. The limited breakfast hours from 6 am to 9 am felt restrictive, especially during a stay that included lengthy mornings. Wi-Fi was somewhat inconsistent, which became frustrating when trying to plan activities.

Comfortable hotel located right by downtown and the active waterfront area. Outstandingly accommodating staff and the room well laid out and newly decorated with television, the old bed plus all the comforts. Particularly good and magnificent position close to everything. The service in the property was great! Everything excellent.

It was just a well-suited match for a city break in Sydney with a reasonable price. The location is not central but definitely still close to everything, making it easy to explore. Try grabbing breakfast early to avoid the rush during peak hours.

The room was comfy and clean. The bed and pillows were great. Wash room and shower good.
Noise from doors closing. Light around doors at night time coming in room. No elevator for seniors that have trouble with body problems.

Great free parking and quick 24-hour reception. Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.

The staff went out of their way to address my concerns, room well appointed and clean, comfortable bed. Had a concern about the lock on the patio door which was solved by changing rooms.
Perhaps a little proactive maintenance on the patio doors to the drive up rooms since room 108's locking mechanism was about to fall off the outside door. The desk clerk said a work order would be put in to the maintenance guy..

The early check-in made all the difference after a long drive, nice for a smooth arrival and an opportunity to rest. Free parking was a significant plus, complementing thenice and neat room. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including traditional local cakes. Occasional noise in the hallways disrupted peace, and breakfast items sometimes ran out toward the end of service hours. Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, complicating event planning .
